FIAT is a gathering of individuals and churches who have been called to fight human trafficking in Los Angeles. Our meetings equip and connect existing ministries, provide mentoring and support for those looking to start, and network the entire faith community to be able to stand up to the tragedy of slavery in our midst.
Join us for amazing speakers who inspire and motivate as well as for practical workshops to equip you to bring awareness and prevention to your community.
This is a FREE event run by volunteers, however we do incur costs for putting this on. We gladly accept donations of any amount to help cover our costs.
*Please note that although registration closes at 3:30pm the day before the event, you can still come and register at the door.

The UCI Initiative to End Family Violence (IEFV) is featuring an event titled “Child Sex Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation: A Multidisciplinary Approach” on Thursday, July 14 at 10-11:30am in EDU 1131. The Faith Initiative to Abolish Trafficking (FIAT) is a gathering of churches who have been called to fight human trafficking in LA. FIAT meets quarterly with members of the Southern CA faith community to share what others are doing in their respective churches to fight trafficking. FIAT hosts powerful workshops, where participants can be trained to be speakers and outreach advocates, learn how to raise awareness and more.
Our next gathering is July 23rd at 9 AM at Grace Brethren in Long Beach. Join us in the fight to end trafficking in our city.
