October 6- Project UDAAN’s Jaagrata

One evening of your life can save a girl child from human trafficking!

The Art of Living Los Angeles proudly presents Jaagrata, a special benefit performance by socially acclaimed dancer, Megna Murali to raise awareness; and support rescue and rehabilitation of girl children in the Indian subcontinent.

Jaagrata means to be “aware.” Inspired by Annu Subramaniam’s novel, Another Heaven, Megna has blended her passions for classical Indian dance with the cause of women and children caught in the web of human trafficking to give voice to the women and children rescued and raising awareness of this widespread problem.

This performance benefits the Art of Living-inspired Project Udaan and its efforts to rescue and rehabilitate girl sex workers and at-risk children.

Project Udaan invites you to watch this 2:51 min video.

Join us for this magnificent evening and support this wonderful cause!

Udaan means to Soar! Please help the women and children caught in child trafficking to not just to live new lives but soar to great heights!
