June 18 – Men Standing Against Trafficking

Men Standing Against Trafficking
Care18 MEN_small

Human Trafficking is happening here in our own backyards.  As the men of Los Angeles, we’re not willing to let it continue.  Stand up for the voiceless.  Stand against the abusers. Stand together as protectors of the innocent. Stand. It’s that simple.

We meet the 18th of each month at trafficking hotspots across LA.  REGISTER HERE

June 18 we are meeting at MacArthur Park where Wilshire meets South Park View. Pre-arranged parking details will be sent prior to event. We stand from 10 pm-11:18 pm.  One hour and 18 minutes of silent witness.

  • 9:00-9:30Arrive, find parking, check in, sign banner & get event T-shirt (if desired)
  • 9:30Quick orientation in park at SE corner of Wilshire and South Park View
  • 10:00-11:18Stand at designated location
  • Walk back to cars and go home

Half the proceeds will be used to resource organizations within the hotspot area and half will be used to continue the fight across LA.

Wear a white shirt and jeans to demonstrate your solidarity. While we prefer for advance RSVP’s for planning purposes you are welcome to just show up on the night of as well if you are able! Event t-shirts will be available for purchase at the event. Event is open to only to men 18 and over.
